World Wildlife Fund
The environmental campaign I chose is called the World Wildlife Fund's Anti-Pollution campaign. This is one of their print ads that really gives us a big picture of what is going on. The World Wildlife Fund's print ads are what make them different from others, mainly because of the creativity they have with each campaign they do.
First of all, World Wildlife Fund is about protecting and restoring species and their habitat. They also want to ensure that the value of our surroundings are reflected by the decisions we make every day. Their use of technology I believe is one of their strongest tools besides their print ads. As of today The World Wildlife Fund is on many social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and even Google +. For their Facebook they have over 600 thousand likes, and for the rest of their social networking sites they have a decent amount of followers supporting them. Another way they use technology is that recently developed an app for the App store. The app is called "WWF Together" which gives you and interactive experience while learning about rhinos, whales, and many other species.
Finally, one last thing that they do is that they have a donation page. You can either make a one-time donation or choose and amount you want to give monthly. This can be done either electronically, by phone, or even mail. All in all, I think the World Wildlife Fund is up to date with technology and it is good to see the many ways they want to reach out to people and get their message across.
